About these terms
These terms of service ("Terms") govern your use of sabledg.com (the "Site") and any purchases you make from Sable Digital Limited ("Sable", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered in New Zealand (company number 9415747, NZBN 9429053540652).
By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use the Site.
Age requirement
This site is restricted to adults 18 years of age and over. By entering the Site you confirm that you are 18 or older. We operate an age verification gate on entry. If you are under 18, you must leave this site immediately. We reserve the right to cancel any order where we have reason to believe the purchaser is under 18.
Our products
Sable is a curated online retailer of premium intimate wellness and lifestyle products. We are the seller of record for all transactions on this site. We are not a marketplace — we sell directly to consumers.
All products sold through Sable are personal wellness and lifestyle objects. They are not medical devices and carry no medical or therapeutic claims. All products comply with applicable consumer product safety standards in New Zealand and Australia.
We are an authorised retail partner of the brands we carry. Product descriptions, specifications, and imagery are provided in good faith. We reserve the right to correct errors without prior notice.
Pricing and payment
All prices are displayed in your selected currency and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price that applies to your order is the price shown at the time of checkout.
Payment is processed by Stripe. By placing an order you agree to Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy. We do not store payment card information. Your bank or card statement will show a neutral merchant descriptor — not "Sable" or any product-related description.
We accept major credit and debit cards as supported by Stripe. Payment is taken at the time of order. If payment fails, your order will not be confirmed.
Orders and fulfilment
An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order — it is an acknowledgement that we have received it. We reserve the right to cancel any order prior to dispatch, in which case a full refund will be issued.
We will dispatch orders within the timeframe stated on the product page or checkout. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control.
All orders are dispatched in plain, unbranded packaging. No product descriptions, brand names, or other identifying information will appear on the outer packaging.
Returns and refunds
Our full returns policy is available at sabledg.com/pages/returns.html. Unused, unopened products may be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (NZ) and Australian Consumer Law are not affected by our returns policy.
Consumer rights — New Zealand
Under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, products must be of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, and match their description. If a product fails to meet these guarantees, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. The Fair Trading Act 1986 prohibits us from making misleading representations. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under New Zealand consumer law.
Consumer rights — Australia
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Intellectual property
All content on this Site — including text, images, design, and code — is the property of Sable Digital Limited or our licensors and is protected by copyright. Product images and brand assets remain the property of the respective manufacturers. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this Site without our prior written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Sable's liability for any claim arising from your use of this Site or any product purchased through it is limited to the purchase price of the product in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded under New Zealand or Australian consumer law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand, unless you are an Australian consumer, in which case Australian Consumer Law applies to the extent relevant.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify customers of material changes by email where we hold your address. Continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. The current version of these Terms is always available at sabledg.com/pages/terms.html.
