Yes, without exception. Every order is dispatched in plain, unbranded outer packaging with no markings that identify the contents or sender. Your payment statement will show a neutral merchant descriptor — not "Sable" or any product-related description. We take your privacy seriously.

Estimated delivery timeframes are shown at checkout and on individual product pages. We will send you a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. If you have not received your order within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.

Yes. Unused, unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products unless they are faulty. Our full returns policy is available here.

Your bank or card statement will show a neutral merchant descriptor. It will not reference Sable, any product name, or anything that identifies the nature of the purchase. The exact descriptor is confirmed at checkout before you complete payment.

Yes. Every product we carry uses body-safe, certified materials — medical-grade silicone, stainless steel, or ABS plastic where applicable. We only work with manufacturers whose materials have been independently verified and whose products comply with relevant product safety standards. We do not carry products with cheap or unverified materials.

We ship to New Zealand and Australia at launch, with international shipping being introduced progressively. If your country is not currently available at checkout, please contact us and we will let you know when shipping to your location becomes available.

Prices are displayed in your selected currency — NZD, AUD, USD, GBP, EUR, and SGD are supported. You can change your currency using the selector in the navigation bar. Payment is processed in your selected currency via Stripe.

All products carry a minimum 1-year manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Please email us at sabina@sabledg.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will manage the warranty claim with the manufacturer on your behalf and arrange a replacement or refund.
