Our returns policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we offer a straightforward returns process with no unnecessary friction.

30-day returns: You may return any unused, unopened product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method. No questions asked on change of mind returns.

Conditions for return

To be eligible for a return, products must meet the following conditions:

  • Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
  • Unused and in original, unopened packaging
  • In the same condition as received — undamaged and complete
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number)

For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns of products that have been opened or used, unless the product is faulty or not as described. This is consistent with standard practice for intimate wellness products and does not affect your statutory rights.

Faulty or incorrect products

If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged in transit, or not as described, you are entitled to a full remedy regardless of whether the product has been opened. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a description of the issue. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund at no cost to you.

All products carry a minimum 1-year manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. We will manage warranty claims with the manufacturer on your behalf.

How to initiate a return

  • Email sabina@sabledg.com with your order number and reason for return
  • We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions
  • Pack the product securely in its original packaging
  • Ship the return to the address provided — we recommend tracked postage
  • Refund will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the return

Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense for change-of-mind returns. We cover return shipping costs for faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned product. Depending on your bank or card provider, the credit may take a further 3–5 business days to appear on your statement.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable on change-of-mind returns, unless the order qualified for free shipping, in which case no shipping charge was made.

Australian customers — Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Nothing in this returns policy limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
